What's on your plate?

What you eat can either help promote healthy hair or cause damage. Here are some foods you can consider that will get you to a healthy start.

 High in Protein: Egg, Salmon, poultry, fish like herring, trout, mackerel
Biotin and Vitamin E: Walnuts (you can use Walnut oil in your salad dressing or stir fry instead of canola or oil).
Vitamin A: Sweet Potato
Vitamin C: Spinach, Blueberries (good for circulation to the scalp)
Vitamin B5 & D: Greek Yogurt.

I will be incorporating this into my diet!
