Give that scalp a work out!

Do you know how important and helpful massaging you scalp is to hair growth? 

Massaging your scalp with a oil of your choice I.e coconut oil, jojoba oil for about 5 minutes, helps with blood circulation. Getting blood to flow to the root of your hair, delivering oxygen, allowing the hair follicles to produce hair more quickly. 

This helps relax the scalp! Try to incorporate this into your schedule everyday. Great help to healthy hair.

Instructions: Massage in a circular motion from hair line around entire head. Why not get your significant other to help :-)
